U11 Match Report

The team played against a good Whitegrove Leopards U12 team this weekend at Waingels College. Although the result didn’t fall in our favour some of the play that was on display was great to watch.

Even though most only train together an hour a week they are becoming a really good squad and playing up an age group they gave the opposition a good challenge.

Some great goal keeping in the first half saw chance after chance stopped by Will. A lot of pressure was put on us by Whitegrove so a change of tactic in the 2nd half was needed and saw us attack and create more opportunities.

It was a learning curve for the team but they never gave up and kept running to the last second. There was a great top corner finish from Charlie this week which proves were all moving in the right direction.
